Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said today that Ankara is ready to discuss with Moscow version of the joint operations against the terrorist group "Islamic State" in Syria.
"Yes, the idea of co-operation (with Russian coalition - RDN editor) is still on the agenda", - quotes the Minister Tass. He recalled that, "in spite of the crisis in relations with Russia, at that time, Turkey has continued all the same urge to fight together against Daesh (ISIS)."
Mevlut Cavusoglu also stated that Turkish Air Force will take a much more active part in the operations against the ISIS as part of the international coalition. In addition, the minister said that "after the attempted coup had problems with the active use of the Incirlik airbase coalition, but now they are resolved."
"We all know where there are Daesh militants. We have always called together to focus on operations against them ", - he said.
