Coronavirus restrictions in Crimea will be canceled on March 1.
The head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksenov announced this today during a meeting of the headquarters.
The Governor stressed that the lifting of restrictions is possible if the situation with the spread of coronavirus in the peninsula continues to improve.
“If we have positive dynamics, by March 1 we will open the areas of activity that are currently closed, including those enterprises that were involved in organizing leisure activities,” said Sergei Aksyonov.
At the same time, the authorities of the city of Federal subordination of Sevastopol admit the extension of the mask regime until the end of 2021. Epidemiologists will have to provide their recommendations on this issue.
It should be noted that 147 cases of COVID-19 infection were registered in Crimea per day, including 14 with an asymptomatic course of the disease. 93 people sought help on their own, 52 were identified among contacts with previously sick people, and two cases were from abroad.
