The press service of the Concord company owned by Yevgeny Prigozhin has named the address where the entrepreneur can be found. This happened after the US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) released information about him being wanted in the 2016 “election interference” case. The statement of the Concord press service was posted on the VKontakte social network.
Earlier, the FBI offered a reward of up to $ 250,000 for information that would lead to Prigozhin’s arrest. The press service of “Concorde” replied to this that they were ready “to share reliable information and satisfy the curiosity of representatives of foreign special services.”
“Evgeny Viktorovich Prigozhin can be found at the address: St. Petersburg, Lieutenant Schmidt Embankment, Building 7. We ask you to pay us $ 250,000 for the information provided,” the company’s press service said.
Earlier, the FBI again published information about the search for Russian citizens in the case of “interference in the elections” in 2016. The list includes 13 people, including Prigozhin.
The department believes that from the beginning of 2014 to February 2018, a group of Russians tried to influence the Americans to interfere in the US presidential election. The District Court for the District of Columbia issued arrest warrants for these people in February 2018 after being indicted, the FBI noted.
Prigozhin has been under US sanctions since December 2016. In July last year, the US Treasury Department included in the sanctions list three Russian individuals associated with the businessman and five companies located in Sudan, Hong Kong and Thailand. The department believes that those who fell under the sanctions helped Prigozhin bypass restrictive measures.
