Russian sappers have cleared more than 1.5 thousand hectares of territory and 484 km of roads in Nagorno-Karabakh. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
“Since November 23, 2020, 1,548 hectares of territory, 484 km of roads, 1,524 housing construction, including 30 socially significant objects, have been cleared from unexploded ordnance,” RIA Novosti reported.
It is clarified that Russian experts found and neutralized almost 25 thousand ammunition.
Earlier, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev assessed the role of the Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh as “satisfactory and positive”.
