After processing 80% of the votes, the United Russia party, which supports the course of the President of Russia, receives almost 50% of the votes in parliamentary elections in the Russian Federation.
Candidates from “United Russia” retain their primacy in 194 single-mandate constituencies in the elections to the State Duma, from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation – in 15, from “Fair Russia – For the Truth” – in eight, follows from the data of the CEC after processing 80% of the protocols.
The Liberal Democratic Party, Yabloko, Rodina, Civil Platform and the Party of Growth also each have one candidate-leader.
Among the self-nominated candidates, three people win.
In the 2016 State Duma elections, United Russia won 203 seats in single-mandate constituencies, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and A Just Russia – seven each, and the LDPR – five.
