The meeting of the NATO-Russia Council to be held in Brussels on January 12 will begin at 10 a.m. local time (12 p.m. Moscow time) and is expected to last about three hours. The alliance said in a statement.
“After the talks, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will address the media as chairman of the NATO-Russia Council. At 10:00 a.m. the meeting of the Council will begin. There will be a press conference of the NATO Secretary General at about 13:30 (15:30 Moscow time – note.),” – told in the NATO.
Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed that he had convened a meeting of the NATO-Russia Council on January 12. Issues related to European security, in particular Ukraine, are expected to be on the agenda.
