The Finnish government has declared a state of emergency in the country due to the worsening situation with the coronavirus.
According to the website of the Cabinet of Ministers, the government decided that exceptional circumstances prevail in the country, allowing the law on the state of emergency to be activated, which takes effect immediately.
In addition, the government has submitted to parliament a proposal to close restaurants, which will affect regions in the phase of accelerating the spread of COVID-19.
