The Czech authorities admit a complete zeroing of Czech-Russian relations, threatening Russia to expel all Russian diplomats from the country.
Acting Foreign Minister, Interior Minister and Deputy Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Jan Hamacek wrote about this on his Facebook page.
“I expected a slightly different reaction from the Russian side, but a good one. We must distribute everything in stages. Today it’s Rosatom’s turn that they (Russia – RG’s comment) will not be happy. And we need to discuss other options. I’m ready for anything. Even to build relations from scratch. So, we will send them (Russian diplomats – RG commentary) all home, “Gamachek wrote on his page.
Thus, the Czech official commented on the information about the expulsion from Russia of 20 employees of the Czech Embassy, who left the territory of the Russian Federation yesterday.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Maria Zakharova immediately warned the Czech authorities that Russia would continue to respond to further destructive actions by Prague.
