The Polish antitrust regulator (UOKiK) fined Russia’s Gazprom 213 million zlotys for non-cooperation in the Nord Stream 2 case.
In 2018, UOKiK charged six companies with financing the construction of Nord stream 2 without the consent of the regulator’s Director: Gazprom, Engie Energy from Switzerland and the Netherlands’ Uniper, OMV, Shell and Wintershall.
Earlier this year, the Polish regulator said that it had asked Gazprom to provide contracts signed by Gazprom’s daughter company with the other companies involved in the proceedings, but had not received them.
